Yoga is a great workout, and the perfect way to achieve physical and mental balance in your life. With a variety of styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga, UBC REC's yoga program is designed to meet your needs. If you want some more variety to your yoga workout, be sure to check out our very popular combined yoga/pilates classes

The winter sessions of Yoga Bootcamp (Monday & Wednesday @ 9am), Hatha Yoga IV(Friday @ 1pm), Yoga Express III (Friday @12pm), Sunday Morning Hatha (Sunday @ 9am), Hatha Yoga II (Tuesday & Thursday @ 9am), Yoga Express I (Monday @ 12pm), Sunday Night Hatha (Sunday @7:30pm) and Afternoon Vinyasa (Sunday @ 4:30pm) have been cancelled.

Planning on registering in a class with a friend? When you register at the SRC Operations Centre with a friend, you will each receive a free drop-in pass. Great for weeks when you're busy or miss a class, these passes will save you up to $30!

FREE classes are being offered from January 9-15. Check out the class schedule to see what's available. Registration for all winter term instructional classes closes on Sunday, January 15.
